I. General:

Keep away from dust. Any deposit of dust which cannot be avoided must be regularly removed.
Store away from foodstuffs.
Avoid contact with eyes. Before handling, wear safety goggles.
Use suitable protective gloves that are resistant to chemical agents.
Gloves must be selected according to the application and duration of use at the workstation.
Avoid skin contact. Wear suitable protective clothing.
Suitable respiratory protective device recommended.

II. Refunds/Cancellations Policy:

If client receive a damaged or defective item from Concrete Works Construction Chemicals Private Limited, please call immediately or email at [email protected] and our executives will help you exchange or return the item.

III. Return Policy:

Concrete Works Construction Chemicals Private Limited retains the right to charge a re-stocking fee, in the event that goods are returned, refunds will only be given as a credit note, and all goods should be returned in their original condition/packaging and returned goods should be acceptable only if returned within one month of supply or at discretion of Concrete Works Construction Chemicals Private Limited. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the goods are not of re-saleable value.

IV. Pricing:

Prices quoted for good ex-works packed unless agreed in writing and are exclusive of Value-Added GST.

V. Shipping Policy:

Concrete Works Construction Chemicals Private Limited uses its best endeavours to complete its contracts within the time quoted. Generally, we deliver the product within 7 days but do not accept liability for any delay in delivery of goods or completion takes place in a reasonable time.
